I offer an initial 15-20 minute consultation call, which you can schedule here: https://emkoehler.clientsecure.me/. If we both feel like it’s a good fit, we will schedule an initial 60 minute session after that. I will also send you some paperwork, which typically takes 20 minutes to complete.
